Hiya,
I have had a few Gin's so bear with. I did promise myself I would get a post out so I'm doing it.
I want to show you some of my all time favourites which I still own however most of them are still in storage. I didn't want to do new pictures because Im well I couldn't be asked and I like some of these old pictures. A lot of them were from Uni which were the best 3 years of my life bro and really when I started getting into the whole Charity shopping thing.
For the record I can't remember exactly where all these things were but I will do my very best - but then again its not like you can go and find the same thing anyway so Im not sure how important that is for everyone.
So these two items will never be thrown away, all these pictures were taken years ago so you will have to just accept the shitty camera quality. This shirt and coat were picked up from a french charity shop near Calais. I can't remember the name or the town it was in which is a real shame however my dad told me its no longer there anymore - this could be a strategic lie. The coat is a faux fur ( I hope) but almost (possibly) real suede vintage coat and I know that cost 10 euros. Its like a fancy nancy del boy coat and I love it. The shirt was from the same place and only couple of euros i think. Its a beautiful pattern but it has a really unuasl cut and buttons down the back as well so really different. This place was amazing and ran by a group of lovely older ladies. We went in winter and they put a whole batch of mulled wine on especially for us and we sat with them and drank while chatting about the queen.
Okay so this coat, it got me through Uni. I picked it up in a Olney Charity shop on the sale rail for 50p. I wore it all the time and still have it however the lining is fucked and if the wind blows you can pretty much see its just rags now but I can't and wont part with it. Maybe when I get it out of storage I will attempt to salvage whats left but the boyfriend hates it.
Cringe but this shirt was my absolute go to for a good few years. I do still have it but again it has been worn so much its has split under the arm however I am going to give it a good fixing. This is a vintage no label so possibly hand made shirt which I picked up from Sue Ryder a few years ago. Due to the damage I only wear it occasionally now but the pattern is fucking amazing.

I love this picture of me and me old pal Tess <3 Obviously this was our graduation and not just a random night out. THIS BAG. Oh god, I love it more than chips. I found it in a Charity shop in Twickenham for £3. I still have it but again it has been used to death and the zip is broken but it will alway be mine because look at it. Its hand embroided and came to my graduation with me so as special as cheesy chips.
I picked this top up in Silloth up North not thinking much of it, it cost 50p and I still have it like 3 years later. I wear it all the time and its one of those tops that you can wear on a night out or even just in your pants.

Some Charity shop things might be a short term solution which is fine but make sure you re-donate. Somethings you will never be able to part with. Im not gonna lie, I do see a big turn over of stuff from my wardrobe but most of it was from a Charity Shop and thats where a lot of it will end up. I love my clothes and I love sharing them with my friends and family. I have a lot of stuff but I will keep recycling it forever more. I know some people frown upon constant buying but I keep things moving and I love them. Some things that were previously owned by someone else have become really important to me like me tea set, that I will take to my new home.
Much Drunken love x
